We want you to love your Kaiia The Label pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
